Materials & Climatic Strategy
The villa design embraces a modern material palette of natural stone, glass, and wood, creating a timeless aesthetic while ensuring durability. Large floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light and frame panoramic views, while insulated walls and double-glazed glass provide energy efficiency against the climatic conditions of Absard.
