This project focuses on the design and construction of a modern residential villa in Hasht Behesht, Damavand, Tehran. The aim was to create an innovative villa architecture that redefines traditional living by offering a unique spatial experience, functional design, and contemporary aesthetics.
In designing this modern villa in Hasht Behesht, Damavand, special attention was given to both material selection and the local climate. High-quality and durable materials were chosen to ensure longevity and low maintenance, while also enhancing the villa’s contemporary aesthetics.
Considering Damavand’s climate, the design incorporates natural ventilation, optimized openings, and shading elements to balance thermal comfort throughout the year. The integration of double-glazed windows, insulated walls, and sustainable landscaping strategies further improves energy efficiency and reduces environmental impact.
This combined approach allows the villa to maintain a harmonious relationship with its natural surroundings, ensuring comfort, durability, and a distinct architectural identity.
